The film has now managed to collect 785 crores worldwide, thus beating Aamir Khan's Dangal's collections which stood at 744 crores. Even as a genre mythologies have traditionally relied on the dialogue baazi rather than showing visual effects that support the narrative.

The Hindi version of Baahubali has collected Rs 241 crore nett at the Indian box office in its first week. Baahubali 2 released last Friday in several languages - it made over Rs 300 crore in its first weekend and the numbers are only rising. Since its release, it has dominated the cinema screens all over the world. Online ticketing platform BookMyShow sold over 1 million tickets for the film within 24 hours of bookings opening. For playing such phenomenal supporting character in the film, Kattappa was paid a big amount of 2 crores. With taxes, the figure comes to Rs 695 crore.
This makes the total Gross Box office collection on the 6 day of Bahubali - The Conclusion of Rs 65 Crores.
Future Generali India Insurance on Thursday said that it has insured Baahubali 2: The Conclusion for more than Rs 200 crore under its film package insurance product, Future Cine Suraksha.
